Every Moving Doors apartment is move-in ready. Your kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hob, hood, microwave, kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a full set of cutlery. Living areas come with a sofa, coffee table, TV, and a Marshall speaker. Bedrooms include a bed with linens, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. Every apartment also comes with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning, and WiFi. Bathrooms are stocked with the essentials. You arrive, you settle in.

Our minimum stay is one month. For longer commitments, we offer flexible terms that suit relocating professionals, students, and anyone settling into a new city. If your plans change, you can exit with 30 days' notice.
Yes. We provide proof of residency for any official purpose — registering locally, updating documents, or receiving mail. It's a straightforward process and our team will guide you through it.
Some of our properties welcome pets. Availability varies by apartment, so if you're relocating with a pet, contact our team before booking and we'll match you to a suitable property.
You can cancel with 30 days' notice. After your exit inspection, you'll receive a refund for the remaining days of your stay. Relocation timelines shift — our contracts are designed to adapt, not lock you in.
If you need a few extra hours, let us know in advance. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Our team will do their best to accommodate your timeline.
After you leave, we do a quick walkthrough of your apartment to note its condition — standard procedure that protects both you and us. Your security deposit is returned afterward, minus any costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear. You'll receive a client clearance report first, so everything is clear, and your deposit is back with you within 40 days of checkout. No guesswork, just a clean handover.
Corporate housing refers to fully furnished apartments available for short and medium-term stays, typically designed for business travellers, relocating employees, corporate teams, and relocation agencies sourcing local accommodation. The tenant's obligations, including payment of any security deposit, proper care of the property, and compliance with house rules, are clearly set out in their sublease agreement and managed by Moving Doors.
